I have always had a passion for community involvement. Ever since I was in grade school, I participated in every extra-circular activity and organization that I could fit into my schedule. Being born and raised in the small town of Byron, GA, I was ready to spread my wings and see what the world had to offer when it was time to choose colleges.
Upon graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2010 with a BBA in Marketing, I moved back home and accepted my first outside sales job with SalonCentric, a division of L’Oreal. Shortly after, my college sweetheart, Micah, proposed and we were married in October of 2011. I packed up and moved to Pooler to start our lives together. It was at that time that I discovered my love for Richmond Hill after being brought on to launch and manage the new community website, RichmondHillGALIVE.com. Micah and I moved to Richmond Hill within 6 months and we both quickly fell in love with this wonderful community and coastal living.
As Richmond Hill’s Town Specialist, I jumped in with both feet and learned everything I could about South Bryan County. This job has allowed me to meet many influential people, educate myself on the past, present and future of Richmond Hill, and has given me the resources to keep the citizens in the know of what’s happening around town.
I was excited to join the Richmond Hill Reflections team in January of 2014, and after a year of working in both positions, Paige and I realized how much the two entities complement each other and decided to merge. We are very excited about the future of RichmondHillReflectionsLIVE.com and what it can do for our community.
Micah and I just finished building our first home here in Richmond Hill and welcomed our beautiful baby girl on June 2, 2015. Both of us have truly been blessed and we couldn’t be happier to call Richmond Hill our home.
